Hey, y'all! I have exciting news to share: we'll be releasing some preorder items (including our new button-up shirts!) on April 25th at noon eastern time. Preorders will last until May 12th.
These items are all preorders and will be expected to ship in August.
We've been teasing these throughout the last few weeks, so let's unpack them!
The first preorder item we have is our new button-up shirts, the first of which will be featured in our Funeral design as well.
After much customer feedback, we've reworked our button-up shirts to be made from organic cotton rather than polyester. These button-up shirts will be long-sleeved and the hooks and eye closures aren't just in the bust but between every set of buttons. They also now include gussets at the hips that make them expandable to ensure the best fit possible, regardless of body shape.
We're also very excited to announce that these new stretchy, long-sleeve button-up shirts will be made with a breathable stretch cotton that is certified organic by the Global Organic Textile Standard. GOTS certified cotton requires products to contain at least 95% organic fibers and limits the use of synthetic and regenerated fibers. It ensures the use of organic farming practices, non-toxic dyes and chemicals, environmentally friendly processing methods, and ethical labor practices.
Here's a look at the hidden hook and eye closures, which will be between every set of buttons in order to prevent gaping.
And here are the gussets, which can be unbuttoned to expand the hips of these shirts.
Next up is a stretchy, short-sleeve cotton Button-up Dress in our beloved Funeral design.
This fun and flirty joyfriend style dress has a boxy, oversized silhouette that cinches at the waist with a matching waist tie. It will, of course, feature two pockets at the sides for all of your various knickknacks. It also features a longer back to keep your assets covered.
Our button-up dress will be made with the same certified organic cotton as our button-up shirts. You can find more information on GOTS certification above.
The product shown below is a sample. The final dress will have wider sleeves to complete the boxy silhouette.
Last, we have the new super cute cotton-poly blend Picnic Crop Top in both white and black colors. These will be priced at $40.
This stretchy crop top is perfect for summer outings and pairs well with so many of our midi and mini skirts. The neckline, waist, and sleeves all have an elastic band to ensure a perfect fit. The front panel of the shirt is lined to provide extra coverage.
Those are all of the preorder items that we have to announce for now! Once again, preorders will last from April 25th through May 12th.
