The skirt is soft, the print is ADORABLE, and the pockets are huge! I have a 25 inch waist and ordered the xs-m. The waistband is super tight on me, but it does fit. I know the waistband needs to be tight to support the wonderful pockets, but if you're like me and don't like tight things on your waist, size up!
