As usual, this skirt is gorgeous. The art is exactly as pictured, so I don't need to say more there. The pockets are indeed huge, and as you can see in pictures, it's a full circle so it "does the spinny" delightfully. I'm a sucker for a fabric with a nice movement to it.
The fabric is a slinky sort of material, which is nice because it doesn't cling to the leggings I wear underneath in cold weather.
Now, for sizing: I am around a size 8-10 US, around a 31-32" waist, and I got the L-XL. The elastic band is a bit on the narrow side, but it stretches A LOT, so sizing is pretty forgiving. I personally hate the feeling of an elastic band digging into my waist, so if I were to gain weight, I'd probably bump myself up a size unless I was planning to carry really heavy things in my pockets.
The skirt always surprises me with how long it is (which it shouldn't - it says it's 25" long right in the sizing chart.) I just have really short legs (28" inseam to the ground), so it hits about halfway down my calves. Paired with the petticoat, it lifts it to a perfect tea length.
