Shipping policy

Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on your location, order size, and option selected at checkout.

Preorders are shipped after the finished merchandise arrives to us and goes through quality check. This can take several months.

 

Stolen Packages

Stolen packages should be reported to the police and USPS, we are not responsible for packages once they are handed off to USPS and scanned into the mail system. All packages are insured, please file a claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
