Funeral Organic Cotton Button-Up Shirt

I love wearing this shirt, it's super soft and fits in with my current office wear. The buttons on the side are helpful for when I tuck it in and easy to undo. The pattern looks great and I've gotten lots of compliments on it. I hope to see more button ups in the future; I've been spoiled with this shirt!

Oh my god I can't even explain how comfortable this shirt is. It's like wearing pajamas. So soft and stretchy. I was hesitant at first because of the price but WOW is it absolutely worth the money! This was the best purchase.

The material this shirt is made of is amazing! It's so soft and slightly stretchy. It's perfect for the office on days I want to wear pants rather than my epic collection of Maya Kern skirts.

My measurements are 40-34-42 and the XL fits nicely.

I love my new funeral shirt, which just made it to me via international shipping. The subtle pattern is quite dark in person (it looks even nicer than the pictures, and less likely to suffer stains) so I'm planning to wear mine as a layer with a waistcoat/sweater vest when it gets colder, which I think will work really well even in winter (especially because I already have the matching skirt, also from Maya Kern).

Because the fabric is so soft and gentle, it doesn't seem to hold creases and feels really practical for regular wear. The only thing which would make it perfect is hooks over the bust for gaping, because I have a stupidly large bust even though the shirt fits perfectly everywhere else, so I'm going to size up for the next one (which I just bought because I love the first so much and want two!) to have a looser fit option for days when I don't plan to layer. That will resolve the issue for me but in future I'd love to see the hooks return so that I can size down more easily and get the fitted look as an option too. The fabric is so stretchy and luxurious that I think that going up or down a size will be absolutely fine for this garment, and the optional hip gussets to accommodate curvy body types ensures that the size I bought has a nice fitted look even though I'm a weird shape. I like the length of the sleeves - the stretchy fabric helps but they don't drown me like a lot of garments - and even though there's a structured collar it's got plenty of give to avoid discomfort.

I do hope that we can get more button-up shirts from this brand in future because they have always been fantastic additions to my wardrobe. The real advantage with this version of the shirt is the wonderful fabric, which is similar in feel to the springy viscose skirts, so super comfortable, and with winter on the way I'm looking forward to having this long sleeve option to see me through the cold.

I cannot recommend this shirt enough!! I have a lot of sensory issues and this shirt is so comfortable. It's soft and it fits me so well. There's no awkward gaping or weird wrinkling. It is very well-made and you can tell how much love and care has been put into this product. It truly feels like I'm wearing the most fashionable PJs ever made, not to mention the most absurdly beautiful. The pattern is so detailed and well rendered in the cotton. It's truly an amazing product and I am so glad I purchased it. The price point is worth every single dollar and I'm so glad I can wear this shirt knowing it's ethically made and so much care was put into the thought process of this entire product. I genuinely, whole hardheartedly, recommend this shirt to anyone who might be even thinking about buying it!
