The mid-spin flare gives me joy like nothing else. I feel like Mary Poppins reaching into her carpet bag when I reveal yet another item from my pockets. My closet is full of many wonderful clothes, both bought and self-made, but this skirt is the crown jewel of them all.
I did find that the narrow elastic of the waistband digs in a bit, but the discomfort is minuscule compared to the confidence and euphoria I feel otherwise.
