Stretchy circle skirt in chanterelle. These skirts have pockets large enough to fit your phone, DS, Switch, hands, and maybe a small cat.  

These skirts come in four sizes:

 SIZE A

15"-30" (38cm-76cm) waist
Length: 25.5" (64cm)

 SIZE B

30"-45" (76cm-114cm) waist
Length: 25.5" (64cm)

 SIZE C

40"-60" (101cm-152cm) waist
Length: 26" (66cm)

SIZE D

55"-70" (139cm-177cm)* waist
Length: 27" (68cm)
*Due to a miscommunication with the factory this batch of skirts was made 10" smaller in the waist than planned. Future batches of D-size skirts will fit up to an 80" waist

 

These skirts are very stretchy and the sizes have a lot of overlap! If you can’t decide between sizes it comes down to preference; a smaller size will fit tighter and may stay up easier if you plan on filling your pockets, and a larger size will fit looser!

Fabric Composition: LENZING Viscose EV 95%, Elastane / Spandex / Polyurethane 5%

These skirts are made of Ecovera Viscose. Ecovera Viscose is a cellulose-based fabric made from wood sourced from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) or PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) certified and sustainably managed forests. The cellulose fibers are biodegradable and compostable in home compost.

Made in Turkey in a Supplier Ethical Data Exchange and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified factory. SEDEX certifies ethical labor practices and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certifies responsible textile production, ensuring there are no harmful substances present.

Elegant and COMFY

The style of the skirt is super tidy and elegant. I feel absolutely lovely while wearing it. I'm also comfy as all get out. It's soft and feels like pajama material. And the pockets! They are MASSIVE! The description is true, you can fit almost anything in there.

Do You Ever Feel...Like A Paper Skirt?

It isn't often that I get a skirt so muted and neutral but, with my newest obsession of a certain indie clothing artist who favors Witching in the Morning, I knew that I needed to grab some solid skirts at some point to go with the botanical patterned tops I have. Although I could have gone with a vampiric witch, I was waiting with bated breath for Maya to release her own line, especially when I found out about the new material she would be making them out of.

First off, the color is stunning. I am not a neutrals person but this brown has taken me by the titties and ran me round the pasture. It is a perfect late summer, early fall staple and I cannot wait to start styling it. (I've already worn it twice around the house just...twirling around like an idiot.)

Speaking of twirling, the material is so light and airy that I cannot seem to stop twirling and swishing around with it. After discovering my own textural issues with clothing, I am relieved that this material is so soft and comfortable. And, to top it off, incredibly opaque so...no flashing my fun underwear any time soon! (Unless I twirl too hard...)

Overall, I am incredibly pleased with my purchase and cannot wait to get my hands on a black midi once my bank account allows for it. Well done, Maya, and I look forward to those wrap shirts coming up since the skirt has proven to be SOOOO comfy.

Also, to help anyone with their sizing:

Skirt Size B
Bust: 39"
Waist: 34"
Hips: 44"

*I would like to try a size A skirt at some point because putting a switch in the pockets does cause the waistband to fall more than I would like. However, it isn't bad enough that I need a resize and fits infinitely better than the previous Size B skirts, which just...slid off of me.
