Soft faux leather cover dot-grid journal printed with my Bluebonnets pattern with an elastic band and a ribbon to keep your place! 96 pages, 100 GSM, smooth finish. 5″x8.25″.

This paper takes both alcohol- and water-based markers, but if you do a lot of blending I recommend using a sheet of bleeder paper.

Dotted paper is standard 5mm spacing

Ordered Two Journals

About a year ago I ordered a sunflower journal from Maya Kern’s website. I still use it today. The paper quality surprised me when it came to regular markers and fine-liners, and it’s great with pencils and colored pencils as well. It leaked through to the other side of paper with alcohol markers, but that is expected considering it’s not really made for that. After a year the only wear and tear I can report is the cover fading a bit around the corners from me always carrying it in my bag.
This Christmas, I loved it enough to buy my girlfriend one for journaling. I’m sure she’ll enjoy it considering I tape things in mine all the time and the journal takes it well.
The staff at Maya Kern were very nice in their emails and helpful. I’m sure to buy one again once my current one is full! If you see one you like, though, be sure to buy it because they seem to go fast.
