Do you photoshop your pictures?

Yes! We use Photoshop to edit colors so the colors you see on the screen match the colors in real-life. We do not use Photoshop to edit people in any way, save for color correcting to match colors.

Do you have a mailing list?

Not currently.

Will I get spam if I provide my email address?

Nope! We do not currently have a mailing list and we don't sell your information. When you make a purchase you will receive an order confirmation, shipping confirmation (if applicable), and occasionally we send out emails after you receive your order asking for feedback with a coupon code! You will never receive more emails than that.

Can I get a refund?

Assuming your order qualifies for a refund, yes! Please review my returns & exchanges policy.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed immediately when you place your order.

Are there any discounts?

I occasionally run promotional sales and release coupons. If you are looking to purchase my products wholesale to sell at your store please contact me directly.

I can’t find my digital download, where is it?

  Download links are sent out automatically upon purchase to the email you provided, or if you created an account you can find all your downloadable files under your past purchases. If you didn't give a real email address in your order or if you checked your Spam and still can't find your download, email mayakern.help@gmail.com

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship out orders once a week, once every two weeks during the summer convention season.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks depending on your customs office.

We're working on providing priority shipping.

Where’s my tracking code?

If your order has a tracking code it should be available on your order page. Unfortunately, most orders do not come with tracking codes. We're working on making that an option, but for the time being it costs an extra $2-4 to ship an item with a tracking code using our shipping provider, and we want to keep your costs down as much as possible!

How/When will I receive my digital file?

A download link will be sent to your email immediately after you place your order. If you can't find it be sure to check your spam folder! Make sure when you make your order you provide a real email address because that's how you'll get your download link! We don't have a mailing list so you won't be added to one, we just need your email so you can get your download!

How do you reduce your environmental impact?

Our environmental footprint is extremely small-- there's two of us working out of the apartment we live in. No warehouses, no dumpsters full of trash, nothing like that. We do a little bit to help minimize our footprint as much as possible, including: no paper invoices, using recycled packing products where possible, and reusing packing products. If you're wondering why you got a box that was clearly from Amazon, it's because we reused it! Keeping our footprint small, keeping our shipping costs low.
